Ordering

Orders are processed by Buena Vista Winery and Boisset Collection. Please note that ShopHQ-exclusive methods of payment including ValuePay cannot be used on your order with Buena Vista Winery. Allow 3-10 business days for delivery, depending on shipping address and date of order. We cannot ship to the following states due to local regulations: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Utah and Rhode Island. See our States of Operation page for full shipping restrictions.


Returns and Replacements

  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours. Banks can take up to an additional 7-10 business days to return funds to the account.
  • Buena Vista will process replacements (such as for a damaged bottle) and tracking information will be sent for the replacement bottle, which should arrive within 3-10 business days depending upon customer location.
  • Returns are only available for 3 bottles or more, otherwise, a refund will be issued. If you wish to return 4 or more bottles, you will be contacted by a Buena Vista customer service representative within one business day to assist you with a call tag. A carrier will come to pick up the wine and ship it back to us.
